Do you offer returns and or exchanges?

For sanitary reasons Rowan & Co. does not provide returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Can I cancel/change or modify my order before it has shipped?

Unfortunately we do not have the ability to change or cancel your order after it is placed. Please take your time while selecting your items. Thank you for understanding.

Can I change or modify my address once my order has been placed?

Unfortunately we do not have the ability to modify your address due to our quick shipments, please take your time and recheck your shipping address. 

When will my order be processed? Can I track it?

Thanks for your order! Yes, you can track your delivery with the tracking info provided via email. We process and transfer our order to USPS within 2-5 business days.

Do we ship internationally?

Yes we do! Customer is responsible for any additional fees that may apply to your package once it arrives in your country (taxes, tariffs, customs, duties, etc.).

Note, International orders may take up to 6 to 8 weeks for delivery depending on the country.

We are not responsible for change of address or packages lost or delayed in the mail system for International orders.

Should I receive an email confirmation?

Yes, you will receive email confirmation of your purchase. If you did not receive an order confirmation, you either did not provide us with a valid email address or your order did not go through.

Once your shipping label and tracking info is confirmed you will receive an email to the email you submitted upon purchase.  

Do you offer discount codes?

Yes! Sign up for our emails by scrolling to the bottom of our website, and we'll send you exclusive discount codes from time to time that are only available to our subscribers.
